You are allowed to include your family members in your Subclass 190 Visa application. You can:

Points score
You need to be in a position to fulfill the points score requirement specified in your Letter of Invitation. It will be 65 or higher points. The score is based on the details submitted in your EOI. You must be able to meet the eligibility for points score at the time of receiving the ITA for the Visa.

How Can I Apply for the Skilled Independent Subclass 189 Visa?
